Ismael Guiser
Born in Buenos Aires, he began his dance studies a little late (19 years old), with good masters from Ballet Teatro Colon. With only 8 months of studies, he started his professional life being hired as a dancer at Teatro Argentino de La Plata, and in two years he was already a member of the Ballet Teatro Colon. He then went to Europe to continue his studies with great personalities such as Madame Nora Kyev Volckova, among others. He worked at the Scala in Milan, Teatro San Carlo in Naples, the Stockholm Opera in Sweden, in Jean Velise and Rolan Petit's Company, Ballet of the Grand Théâtre de Geneve -Switzerland, Tanzforum-Köln -Germany. In Brazil he was hired as the 1st ballet dancer of the Ballet do Quarto Centenário de São Paulo. "Everything happened fast and at the age of 30 I couldn't dance anymore, there were classes, rehearsals and choreographies one after the other," Ismael Guiser commented in an interview. He had a long list of companies and places where he worked and performed, of choreographies he idealized for several groups and companies, such as the Theatro Municipal of Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo among others.
