"In Case of...," choreographed in 2001 by Dany Bittencourtis a playful study of the various states of mind of the human being
and the music of the acclaimed Brazilian composer Tom Zé is the perfect frame for these experiments. A large part of the choreography was
centered on each dancer's own way of dancing, and from there the actor and theater director Marco Antonio Pâmio which
worked with the dancers to convey the emotional scales that dance can offer.
Dany Bittencourt has a long history in Cisne Negro Dance Companywhere he entered at the age of 13 and after an interesting career
as a dancer, in which she performed all over Brazil and abroad, she has held the position of Assistant Artistic Director since 1998.
The costumes are the responsibility of the renowned Brazilian designer, Ocimar Versolato.
"In case of..." marks the premiere of Dany Bittencourt as choreographer.
